Discount Rules PRO 2.6.18: a quantity rule you can check
Discount Rules for WooCommerce PRO is Flycart’s extension for configuring product and cart promotions. This page pairs the GPLHub-sourced Pro 2.6.18 download with a specific exercise: one product should become cheaper at three units, cheaper again at six units, while a second product keeps its normal price.
A promotion is useful only if the cart charges the intended amount at its boundaries. We saved a native bulk rule, checked its pricing function in separate requests, and then repeated the three-unit and six-unit cases in a real WooCommerce cart. The exercise uses fixed unit prices, a Pro option visible in this installation, rather than claiming that every type of percentage discount requires Pro.
The products, dependency pair and exact rule
| Item | Configuration |
|---|---|
| WooCommerce | 11.2.1; USD; taxes disabled; virtual products |
| Discount Rules free / Pro | 2.6.18 / 2.6.18 |
| Eligible product | Studio notebook, normal unit price $100 |
| Excluded product | Excluded pen, normal unit price $40 |
| Filter | Products → In List → Studio notebook only |
| First range | 3–5 units → fixed unit price $80 |
| Second range | 6 or more units → fixed unit price $70 |
| Quantity grouping | Filters set above; one eligible product |
We used the plugin’s native rule save method and then reloaded the rule in its own administrator screen. The free core, Pro extension and WooCommerce were all active. The rule is enabled; the three sample rules created by the plugin remain disabled. This avoids combining our fixture with an unrelated storewide promotion.

Taxes are deliberately disabled and both products are virtual. Therefore the measured totals do not include tax or shipping. A production store with tax-inclusive prices, shipping thresholds or several overlapping promotions needs additional cases. Those totals should not be inferred from this small fixture.
Two, three, five and six units produced different expected outcomes
| Product | Quantity | Normal unit price | Observed unit price | Observed line value |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Studio notebook | 2 | $100 | $100 | $200 |
| Studio notebook | 3 | $100 | $80 | $240 |
| Studio notebook | 5 | $100 | $80 | $400 |
| Studio notebook | 6 | $100 | $70 | $420 |
| Excluded pen | 6 | $40 | $40 | $240 |
The lower boundary matters as much as the discounted result: two notebooks did not receive the three-unit price. Three entered the first range, five remained in it, and six entered the second. For an unmatched rule the native function returned no discount; the observed price in that case is the product’s normal price, not a fabricated zero-price result.
These are fixed prices per unit, not fixed discounts subtracted from each unit. At six units the rule therefore charges $70 each and $420 for the line. It does not subtract $70 from $100, and it does not charge $70 for the entire six-unit set. The distinction is visible in both the saved rule and the cart.
The real cart agreed with the native calculation
We added three notebooks through WooCommerce’s normal add-to-cart request. The cart displayed the original $100 price struck through, a current unit price of $80 and a $240 line subtotal. We then changed the actual quantity field to six and clicked Update cart; the line changed to $70 per unit and $420.

Finally, we added six excluded pens to the same cart. They stayed at $40 each, contributing $240; the six notebooks still contributed $420, and the combined total was $660. The excluded line did not receive the eligible product’s price and did not change the notebook range.

The lab’s WooCommerce storefront remained in Coming soon mode and protected by outer authentication. These browser checks use the test administrator’s visible cart; they are not a claim about a public anonymous storefront, block-cart compatibility, checkout completion or payment capture.
Install both Flycart packages, then build one clear promotion
- Start in a backed-up staging store with WooCommerce active. The tested store used WordPress 7.1.3 and PHP 8.4.26.
- Install the individual free Discount Rules 2.6.18 core ZIP and then the Pro 2.6.18 main ZIP. The Pro package explicitly depends on the core as well as WooCommerce.
- Choose Bulk Discount, select the product filter and set the quantity grouping deliberately. Do not assume that all grouping modes count variations or unrelated products the same way.
- Add the two ranges with Fixed price for item selected. Keep the upper bound of the second range empty for the open-ended tier.
- Test just below, at and just above each boundary, then repeat with a product that should not match. Inspect the real cart after updating its quantity.
The GPLHub source record for this product listed only the Pro archive on 17 October 2026. We therefore provide a separate Required Components download containing the two official WordPress.org dependency ZIPs used in the test: WooCommerce 11.2.1 and free Discount Rules 2.6.18. It is not an invented paid add-on collection. Extract that outer archive first, then upload the individual plugins.
A reusable fixture and checks for your own store
Our synthetic fixture creates two virtual products and saves one rule through the plugin’s own rule API. The companion check script runs a single product/quantity case per fresh WordPress CLI request. The recorded results distinguish the discount engine’s no-match result from the fallback normal price. The public fixture requires you to adjust its explicit staging guard before use.
For manual reproduction, create the same $100 and $40 products, configure the two ranges in the screenshot and compare the five rows in the results table. Fresh cart requests are useful when diagnosing stale sessions or another promotion. Do not infer a pricing defect solely from an old product-page price label before checking the cart.
The count mode in this exercise groups only the selected product. If your rule should combine categories, count each variation separately, or count every variation of a parent product together, choose that behavior explicitly and test a mixed cart. The official guide documents those different grouping modes; this run does not validate them all.
What passed, and what remains untested
Verified here: fixed-price tier entry at three units, the upper boundary at five, the transition to six, a nonmatching product, and real cart totals for three units, six units and a mixed cart. The actual installable main ZIP is identified by its exact version, size and hash in the package record.
Untested: BOGO, gifts, coupons, scheduling, purchase-history and role conditions, multiple competing rules, sale-price stacking, variable products, multi-currency, tax-inclusive rounding, shipping, the WooCommerce Cart block, gateways and completed orders. The plugin header says it was tested up to WooCommerce 11.1; our bounded run used 11.2.1. Passing these cases is not a broad compatibility certification.
If a store only needs a simple coupon or a basic promotion already covered by WooCommerce or the free plugin, use that simpler workflow. Choose Pro for a specific requirement you can verify. Do not buy or install an elaborate promotion stack solely because a long feature list sounds useful.
Discount Rules PRO Nulled FAQ
“Nulled” usually describes software whose activation or licence checks have been removed or altered; the word alone does not determine whether a particular use is lawful. GPL-covered code can be studied, modified and redistributed subject to its licence conditions, but this does not grant access to a developer’s account, hosted services, updates or support. We discuss the term here to answer a common search question; the download details separately identify the package source and tested version. Any plugin or theme obtained through an unverified third party can contain unwanted changes or malicious code, whether or not it is labelled “nulled”. Before installing it, you can ask ChatGPT or Claude Code to inspect the extracted source for suspicious behaviour without executing it or sharing credentials. Treat that review as an additional check: AI can miss harmful code or flag harmless code, and a clean result is not a security guarantee.
Does the Pro ZIP run by itself? Not in this tested setup. The Pro header says both core and Pro packages are needed. We installed the matching free 2.6.18 core and WooCommerce before testing Pro.
Why does the second button say Required Components? No separate add-on ZIPs were listed with this source product. The companion archive contains required free dependencies and their inventory, not additional paid modules.
Is 80 the discount or the final price? In this fixture it is the final price for each eligible unit at quantities three through five. The selected option is Fixed price for item.
Do these totals prove every checkout will be correct? No. They cover the documented classic-cart scenarios with taxes and shipping absent. Test your own tax, coupon, product type and checkout combination.
