What this test establishes
A translated post and a translated category need separate relationships. We paired an English Schedule checklist with a French Liste de contrôle, then connected Workshop notes to Notes d’atelier. The French archive selected the French record. A second English post deliberately had no French counterpart, allowing us to distinguish strict lookup from an explicit fallback.
Exact setup and package scope
The fixture used WPML’s native language and relationship APIs with English and French. Language URLs used a query parameter, avoiding language-directory rewrite changes in the protected subdirectory lab. All translated text was supplied manually. We did not register a site key, spend translation credits or invoke a machine-translation provider. Successful storage of our content is not evidence of access to a paid account service.
The version shown here comes from the installable archive header, checked against the GPLHub package on 23 October 2026. It is a dated source snapshot, not a promise that no newer vendor release exists. The final download record identifies the exact file size and SHA-256 so a later package can be distinguished from the file tested here.

What to check in your own installation
The missing-translation case is useful when a site is only partly translated. A developer requesting a strict counterpart can receive nothing; a caller opting into fallback can receive the original-language record. Neither result means that French content was generated. In a real launch, inspect links, menus, taxonomies and untranslated pages together, because a working post pair alone does not establish complete localization.
Limits, dependencies and reproduction
This is a manual content/term relationship test, not a full WPML onboarding or SEO migration. Some theme interface labels remained English because a French WordPress language pack was not downloaded. We did not test WooCommerce, strings, media, multilingual SEO add-ons or separate language domains. The available companions are an inventory, not a statement that every legacy add-on was exercised with 5.2.0.
The reproduction download contains the guarded PHP fixture and recorded JSON results. It is a developer resource, not an installable product add-on. Use a disposable staging site with the exact recorded versions, read the fixture, adapt its explicit environment guards and keep real email, payment and external integrations disabled. Recheck the real browser output after saving: a passing model check alone is not a complete interface test.
Free download and Nulled questions
“Nulled” usually describes software whose activation or licence checks have been removed or altered; the word alone does not determine whether a particular use is lawful. GPL-covered code can be studied, modified and redistributed subject to its licence conditions, but this does not grant access to a developer’s account, hosted services, updates or support. We discuss the term here to answer a common search question; the download details separately identify the package source and tested version. Any plugin or theme obtained through an unverified third party can contain unwanted changes or malicious code, whether or not it is labelled “nulled”. Before installing it, you can ask ChatGPT or Claude Code to inspect the extracted source for suspicious behaviour without executing it or sharing credentials. Treat that review as an additional check: AI can miss harmful code or flag harmless code, and a clean result is not a security guarantee.
Why are some interface labels still English? The experiment translated the saved post and category content. Theme and WordPress interface translations are a separate layer; our isolated installation did not download the French language pack.
Are all companion components tested? Only the exact combination described above was exercised. The separate inventory lists optional add-ons, dependencies and child themes where present. Extract the outer companion archive first and install only components you need; a package does not grant vendor account services or support.
